Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@luar.world.
Wondering when you can expect your order?
We know you’re excited to receive your order - we’re just as excited.
Currently, orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be shipped out the next business day. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please follow the status of your package to ensure that you are aware of when it is being delivered.
Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping an order back out if it has been returned to us for an incomplete address or contact information, or not being picked up from the shipping carrier. Additionally, LUAR is not responsible for orders after they have shipped.
Looking to return your item(s)?
All items are final sale. Ready-to-wear and belts are subject to exchange for sizing.
Looking to exchange your item(s)?
We only offer exchanges in sizing for ready-to-wear and belts. We're sorry it didn't work out. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must meet all of the below conditions:
- You must submit an exchange request within 14 days of delivery
- Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
- Your item(s) must be in the original packaging in which you received it
If you meet the above conditions, you may initiate an exchange by emailing customerservice@luar.world with your order number and shipping address used at checkout.
Once your exchange is received, provided it meets the above conditions, we will process an exchange within 48 hours and send you an email confirmation.
Please note the following:
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted
- LUAR is not responsible for items after they have shipped
Placed an order for an international address?
We love our international family.
If you placed an order to be delivered to an address outside of the United States, please note that you are responsible for applicable duties and fees. LUAR does not cover these fees. Please be sure to provide accurate contact information at checkout should customs need to contact you to arrange clearance. This will prevent shipping delays or having your order returned to us.
