Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping

5–7 business days

Complimentary on orders over $500

Express Shipping

2–3 business days

Available at checkout

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. LUAR has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging including dust bags

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 01 Email info@luar.world with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. 02 Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
  3. 03 Pack items securely in their original packaging and attach the return label.
  4. 04 Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us at info@luar.world with your order number and the item and size you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@luar.world within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
